The customer base of the biggest pet-shop in Russia lists a big percentage of regular customers. They need fast and convenient ordering. Thus, we’ve made the mobile app for iOS and Android.
Solution
We enabled:
- online catalogue with categories, sub-categories, filters, items, customer reviews and 3D preview of items;
- news-and-special-offers feed;
- personal profile with bonus balance;
- map of the shops with find-the-nearest-shop function;
- history of orders;
- online order with flexible order form;
- from-the-app online order payment.
